1. Mix the oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and seasoning together in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the steaks. Heat a griddle pan on a medium-high heat and once it’s really hot, add the steaks and cook for 1 ½ mins on each side for medium rare. Take the steaks off the griddle and put on a warm plate wrapped in foil to rest for 10-15 mins.
2. While the steak is resting make the slaw. Put the carrot, apple, parsley, lemon juice and zest and yogurt into a large bowl with a pinch of salt. Mix together well. Add the Hayward Medium & Tangy Silverskin Onions and Hayward Medium & Tangy Red cabbage and mix through quickly.
3. Slice the rested steaks and serve with the slaw.
