Mexican Warm Chicken Salad Recipe with Beans

1. To make the dressing mix together the paprika, olive oil and the zest and juice of 1 lime.

2. Tip the beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and cucumber into a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and mix well. Add the avocado, cooked chicken, Haywards Strong & Zingy Traditional Onions and mix well. Divide between two serving bowls, sprinkle over a few freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve with optional lime wedges.
